Velenosi Ninfa Gold IGT

Velenosi Ninfa Gold is a refined Italian red wine from Marche, produced by Velenosi from a rich blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Montepulciano and Syrah. At 14.5% ABV, it offers a generous, full-bodied style with ripe fruit, gentle spice and a smooth, structured character.

Velenosi Ninfa Gold: Rich and Elegant

The wine combines the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon with the softness of Merlot, while Montepulciano and Syrah contribute ripe fruit and subtle spice. The result is an expressive red with depth and a polished character, making it an appealing choice for those looking for a premium Italian wine.

The vineyards are located around Offida and Castel di Lama in Marche, at approximately 200–250 metres above sea level. The clay and calcareous soils provide a distinctive foundation for the grapes used in the blend. Following fermentation, the wine is matured in new 300-litre wooden barrels before further bottle ageing, adding complexity and refinement.

A Premium Red Wine from Marche

On the palate, this Italian red shows ripe fruit flavours complemented by delicate spice and subtle oak. Its firm but rounded structure makes it particularly suitable for hearty dishes and rich cuisine.

Pair it with grilled or roasted red meat, slow-cooked dishes, rich pasta, grilled vegetables and mature cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C to allow its aromas and flavours to develop fully.
